At Honolulu Pickleball Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all paddles and apparel remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your pickleball gear.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is scanned for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
